Festival Guidelines & Information

  1. The Cannelton Heritage Festival is a one-day festival held on the second Saturday of October each year.
  2. The festival will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  3. Vendors should arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. to set up but may begin as early as 6 a.m.  Please allow yourself enough time to unload and set up. Upon arrival, please report to Baskets, Bunnies, Bears and More located at 321 Washington Street to check in.
  4. Vendor fees are $20.00.  A down payment of $10.00 is required at the time of application to reserve a booth space.  The remaining balance is due upon check in at the festival.
  5. The Festival committee will limit the number of vendors selling the same type of merchandise.  If more than one vendor wishes to sell like merchandise, preference will be given to the first vendor who pays the booth down payment.
  6. Booth spaces are 15 ft. x 15 ft.  Electric and/or water hook-up is/are available upon request.  Please indicate your needs on the vendor application.
  7. The Festival staff will determine booth location, unless prior arrangements are made.
  8. Vendors must remain set up until the end of the festival, i.e. 4:00 pm.
  9. Vendors must have their own liability insurance coverage.  The Cannelton Heritage Festival is not liable for Vendors.
  10. By signing the Vendor application and submitting it for consideration, I release and hold harmless the Cannelton Heritage Festival committee, the city of Cannelton, Indiana and/or owners or management of the grounds or location where the event is held, from any loss, damages, or injury resulting from participating in this event.
  11. By signing the Vendor application and submitting it for consideration, I give permission to the Cannelton Heritage Festival committee to use photographs of me and/or my booth for promotional purposes.
